Oleg Movchan is the Chief Executive Officer of Enfusion. As an Enfusion founding investor, Mr. Movchan played a key role in Enfusion’s early product and technology evolution and was deeply involved in scaling the business over the years. Mr. Movchan has been an Enfusion client at several investment firms and joined the Enfusion Board of Directors in 2021 after serving on the Board of Managers since 2009.
Mr. Movchan’s experience in the asset management, investment banking, and operating industries spans more than 27 years across both public and private capital markets. He previously served as the Chief Risk Officer and Head of Risk Management for multiple asset management firms overseeing hedge funds, fund-of-funds and other investment vehicles, including UBS Global Asset Management, Ritchie Capital Management, Alexandra Investment Management, and Attalus Capital. He is a Founder and Managing Partner of Gimel Tech Ventures, a private equity and venture capital investment platform specializing in applications of technology in financial services, cyber security, real estate, and healthcare.
Additionally, Mr. Movchan is a founding investor in Revolution Global, a vertically integrated consumer packaged goods operating platform. During his tenure (from inception in 2014 through 2021), Mr. Movchan held various senior leadership roles, including Chief Investment Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Deputy CEO, and Board Member.
A graduate of the General Management Program from Aresty Institute of Executive Education at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, Mr. Movchan earned a MS in Financial Mathematics and an MBA in Analytic Finance from the University of Chicago. He received a MS in Applied Mathematics and Physics from Kharkov State University, Ukraine. Mr. Movchan also holds a CFA designation.
